Worst poses – Body Languages

According to wikipedia  :

In humans, posture can provide a significant amount of important information on nonverbal communication and emotional cues. Psychological studies have shown the effects of body posture on emotions. This research can be traced back to Charles Darwin when he studied emotion and movement in humans and animals. Currently, many studies have shown that certain patterns of body movements are indicative of specific emotions. Researchers studied sign language and found that even non-sign language users can determine emotions from only hand movements. Another example is the fact that anger is characterized by forward whole body movement. The theories that guide research in this field are the self-validation or perception theory and the embodied emotion theory.

  • Self-Validation theory is when a participant’s posture has a significant affect on his or her self-evaluation of their emotions. An example of this is an experiment where participants had to think and then write positive qualities of themselves in a confident or doubtful posture.[6] Participants then had to self-evaluate on how good of a job candidate, interviewee, performer, and how satisfied they would be as an employee. Mood and confidence level were also measured. Results from this study proved in favor of the self-validation theory. Participants’ attitudes in the confident but not doubtful posture, significantly affected their self-reported attitudes. A similar study showed that participants who were placed in a hunched posture reported were more likely to feel stressed compared to participants who assumed a relaxed position.
  • Embodied Emotion theory is the idea that mental events can be represented by states of the body. In a study showing embodied emotion, participants were primed with concepts of pride and disappointment by a word generation task. Researchers hypothesized there would be an observable change in participants’ posture based on the word they were primed with. This hypothesis was confirmed for the disappointment prime because participants were more likely to decrease in their vertical height or show slumping behavior.

Entrepreneur website – No coffee

“Being an entrepreneur is like eating glass and staring into the abyss of death.”

These words from Elon Musk, founder of SpaceX and Tesla, describe a mentality many founders can relate to as they go through the day-to-day grind of running a startup. Like Musk, entrepreneurs face huge ups and downs every single day, sometimes in the same moment. Having energy to confront those challenges is the essential ingredient to success.

To understand unique and healthy ways to consistently and quickly boost energy daily, I interviewed the country’s top ambitious young entrepreneurs, honorees of the Empact Showcase, who work tirelessly, day and night, to turn their visions into reality. Their responses will surprise you! Each response includes links to research and resources so you can incorporate the habit into your life if it’s right for you.

1. Jump, jump up and jump down.

As a chiropractor my routine consists of daily rebounding which has immense benefits such as increasing mental clarity and activating the body’s lymphatic system in order to remove toxins. I rebound for 10 minutes every morning, and I use the time to create an energy of positivity for the day by shouting out powerful I AM statements such as I AM strong, I AM happy, I AM successful, I AM healthy.

Successful entrepreneurs such as Anthony Robbins incorporate rebounding into their everyday life in part because of the incredible benefits of improving posture and increasing endorphin levels. For cardiovascular health, rebounding is a safe, low-impact way to burn the same amount of calories as exercising on a treadmill

2. Do one random act of kindness.

Helping others gives me energy, and I’ve developed a unique way to do it in 15 minute chunks in the afternoons. I set aside the time for something non-work related. It can be anything from running an errand, picking up an afternoon coffee or responding to a personal friend’s email. During this time, I help someone by opening a door, carrying a package into a store for someone or ask via email if my friend needs help with anything. I always feel an immediate satisfaction after assisting another and the acts always benefit me later in the universe’s karma exchanges.

Secret of Love

yummy, milk, bowl, energy, morning

Long lasting relationship is based on Kindness and Generosity.

Kindness, on the other hand, glues couples together. Research independent from theirs has shown that kindness (along with emotional stability) is the most important predictor of satisfaction and stability in a marriage. Kindness makes each partner feel cared for, understood, and validated—feel loved. “My bounty is as boundless as the sea,” says Shakespeare’s Juliet. “My love as deep; the more I give to thee, / The more I have, for both are infinite.” That’s how kindness works too: there’s a great deal of evidence showing the more someone receives or witnesses kindness, the more they will be kind themselves, which leads to upward spirals of love and generosity in a relationship.

  • Avoid: PAS (Pictures, avoidance, Syndrome)
By nature you are looking on something wrong on us. But you forgot that world is complex. We are called to take it easy. Be true and still on our existence. Not hiding behind culture and unreasonable fear. Not to be found out we act out.
Be natural in front of the camera. Take a deep breath and think positive. Focus on wind come out of our nose and exhale frustration of our heart.

Awereness

Look to this day

For it is life

The very life of life.

In this brief course lie all.

The realities and verities of existence,

The bliss of growth,

The splendor of action,

The glory of power.

For yesterday is but a dream,

And tomorrow is only a vision,

But today, well-lived,

Makes every yesterday a dream of happiness

And every tomorrow a vision of hope.

Look well, therefore, to this day.

Sanskrit proverb

Faith is a choice not a trend style

Adult faith is vital commitment. Never give up. Strive to dodge challenge and discover a wise way to opened closed door.

It’s abandon commitment to Jesus-Christ to be able to accept that everything is possible.
Moving mountain without doubt.
Fear to failed is printed in our DNA. Hope and positive attitude come with experience and perseverance.
Keep up and level up yourself toward your goal is usually doubting task.
As many thing in life you learn the hard way to better focusing and be nice with your network.
